Practical Principals 03 – Politcally Correct

Help yourself to our third installment free of charge! In the October 1 show, Melinda and I chat with Julie Germann, Missouri Association of Elementary Schools President, about how new administrators can get involved in educational politics. Preview of "Podcasting with the 'Prez' Episode 03

No, we did not invite George Bush to our show. Our guest for episode 03 is Mrs. Julie Germann the president of the Missouri Association of Elementary School Principals. I have the good fortune to work with Mrs. Germann in my district and she so graciously agreed to be on our show. (After a little bribery and guilt.)

Tune in next week when Scott gets everything “mashed-up” and published. Great conversation about how administrators can/should get involved politically and have their voices heard. You may not think political conversations could be so fun and enlightening!!!

BTW: Scott also gives his review of the iPod touch. We are taking bets on how long it will take Melinda to get one.

Have a good week! Tune in next week and in the mean time…………keep it practical!

Practical Principals 02 – Walk this way

It’s a shame I can’t afford the rights to play the Aerosmith song of the same name at the beginning of this podcast, but alas that’s the way it goes. Episode 02 is out and we hope you enjoy! As promised the topic covered is classroom walk-throughs and we enjoyed expanding our panel by one with the inclusion of Mr. Mike Waiksnis of edleaderweb.
