Hi Scott & Melinda

Thank you very much for discussing our iPhone application, “TheFind: Where to Shop” on your latest podcast.

I do apologize Melinda as you have not been able to have your location accurately determined. Yes, being in California is lovely but that’s hardly helpful in buying something in MO This is a bug that we have since fixed and will be correcting in an application upgrade (will be in the iTunes store soon).

Scott, thank you for the bar code idea and this too is being worked on and we can hopefully come back to you with a way to do this in a few months. The issue today is that the iPhone’s camera is not autofocussing but there are defintely ways to solve this…

In the meantime, you can also use our site http://www.TheFind.com and it does search 500,000 stores/250 million products and has 300,000 store locations so you can compare prices at Costco, Sam’s Club, Amazon, Walmart, Target and everyone else too…

And we thought no one was listening:):):) I am sure they came across us because we linked to them and this still amazes me. I am now “back in Springfield” within the application and it has been a very useful tool. Look forward to the updates.
